I live in Saskatchewan where we have lots of wide open spaces, and 
some pretty good fishing.
Our regulations are the front trailer must have tandem axles.  It is 
quite common to see fairly large boats behind an RV, however with the 
growing popularity of 5ers it is often behind a 5er.  I have never 
done it, but I don't think it is crazy as long as the second trailer 
is of a reasonable size, and you have a suitable heavy tow rig with 
lots of horses.
In May of last year I was Lake Trout fishing in northern Saskatchewan 
and from the boat we could see the main highway, and I saw TWO 
Airstream behind a pickup.  The second on was about the size of a 
Globetrotter.  They were both older Airstream as I recall.
