short and to the point -- NO. you cannot use a CB antenna for cell phone.

Expanded answer;
The cell phone frequency is much higher in frequency, and all of the
power/signal would be lost in the antenna and cable, and no power/signal
would ever make it out.

Also, do not buy a CHEAP cell phone antenna for the same reason, cheap cable
will absorb your signal and not allow it to get to the antenna.

Buy a quality product, you get what you paid for... kinda like buying an RV
:)

Antennas like to be HIGH UP - higher the better. A "thru the glass" works
nicely and if you can, put it on the highest glass.
A mounted antenna is in my humble opinion, superior to "thru the glass" (25
years as a Amateur Radio Operator, 27 years as an electronics tech).
I have a "hole mounted" antenna on the roof of the motorhome.
