Re: [A/S] Fellow RV'rs

I haven't thought about turning it off makes sense.
My luck is I'll forget and get in the shower and then
find out. One of the disadvantages of the pilotless
heaters is the fact that you do get the relight once
the water temp drops. Under most conditions a burning
pilot provides enough heat to hold the temp when water
isn't being used.

I notice the ignition in my Safari at night also. I'm
not a light sleeper but I have woken up a few times on
quiet nights from the sound of the gas igniting. I
know on the next trailer I'll be sure to have the
gas/electric combo unit. We had that on our SOB and
we only turned on the gas to suppliment the electric
when using the shower.
