I never use the water heater on gas so I haven't noticed it, but I have 
noticed it at rallies when other trailers light all night long. I wonder why 
they leave it on, instead of just turning it on in the morning.

The last two night have been below freezing here in Florida. I still don't 
have water to the trailer as it hasn't thawed in the hose yet.  I haven't 
been able to use my heat pump as it doesn't work below 40 degrees and the 
furnace does wake me when it lights. I hear the whoosh......... Glad to have 
the furnace running though, no frozen pipes!
