     I use my Verizon cell phone, both from home, and while on the road.  
I have the national no long distace, no roaming charge plan, and the 
minutes to Canada are treated just the same as U.S. minutes.  With 
unlimited minutes on the weekend and after 9:00 PM, I have difficulty 
using my alloted minutes anyway.
