  Hi, If it works when the wind is low, it probaly is a wind related 
problem. Are you parked so the water heater is catching the wind? 
Also check to see if the door fits snugly all the way around. Because 
AS have rounded sides it is easy to over tighten the screws that hold 
the water heater in the trailer. If the bottom screws are too tight, 
the bottom frame will be drawn into the body of the trailer and cause 
a gap between the door and the heater. This will cause flame outs. If 
so you will have to correct this. You can not just attempt to push 
the door in to close up the gap. You need not remove the heater. You 
don't even need to diconnect anything. Just remove the door and all 
the screws that hold the unit to the body. Then using a pocket knife 
slice out all the old sealer from between the hearter and trailer and 
slide the heater out from the body just a little. You only need to 
get a small working space. Straighten any bent or distorted heater 
frame. I don't use the original putty tape that the factory did. I 
use silicon sealer. Squeese enough between the heater and body to 
fill the gap. Let it set for only a few minutes. It needs to past the 
runny stage. Then start tighting the screws evenly and draw the 
heater toward the body and against the sealer. Don't over do it,When 
the heater contacts the body on top, STOP. 24 hours latter after the 
silicon has completely set up tighten the screws a little more. Whip
[e up the extra sealer as you go or you won't be able to. I use a
