[A/S] RE: water heater problems

Well, while I'm at it setting here in Bayou Segnette enjoying our
wonderful surroundings, my husband is fretting over the fact that our
water heater goes out sporadically without any apparent reason. One
change from the other night when it was working fine is that we unhooked
one tank of propane, since I thought that it was empty, but Alan
reconnected it since there was a bit of gas in the tank, could that be
causing a problem?  Maybe there was air in the line. The Airstream guy
said we should use both tanks at once....we haven't done that before.
There is no wind tonight and it worked fine the last three nights too.
So we are baffled.  Any ideas. It is the original water heater but we
have a year old thermocouple.
