  Hi, If I read your post correctly, you are looking at a rear bath 
in the early 70's. Some of those models suffered from frame "warp". A 
bending of the frame in the area of the axles. They are heavey in the 
rear when the holding tanks are full and some, not all distorted the 
frames. I am told that some would show seperation between the body 
and the rear bumper and possibly skin buckling near the wheel wells. 
Many were reinforced. AS furnished reinforcment plates for them. Many 
were done after they were sold and others during the building process 
at the factory. I read on this site that the ones done after sale 
have plates bolted to the frame behind the wheels and the ones done 
at the factory have plates with holes in them and have been welded in 
place. That is how my 78 Excella is. If this trailer has been parked 
alot or nopt towed on rough roads, it is probably OK.   Good Luck,
