If you have propane and you feel that your not getting enough hot air from 
the ducts check your furnace cover/door.    

This past weekend when it was about 15 outside it felt a little cooler than 
normal, and did not feel I was getting enough air out of the ducts.  Check 
into it I noticed the furnace door was no longer properly aligned and the hot 
air was going up by the silverware trays in my 79 Safari.  Realigned the 
doors and relocated it into place and everything was just fine again.
