Brian, For all the toys you mentioned, you will need to cover the 
roof of your AS with panels and possibly a great deal of your lawn. 
The rest will be covered by a bank of batterys. You may want at least 
one wind jenny. After that an inverter, miles of wire, well I guess 
you get the idea. And if you own land, evan just enough to park your 
AS, you will be paying taxes to a school system somewhere. I am 62 
but I still use the schools. My wife and I have 4 kids and 5 
grandkids.  Many parts of the country now require minimum lot size. 
Around here it is 5 acres. But I understand how you feel. Good luck
