[A/S] Re: Blinds and curtains: Keep open or closed?

I'm a new owner too, Doug.  We compromise.  I leave the front and 
rear shades down with the night shades (light blocking) and the 
curtains closed, and the side ones down with the day shades (sheers) 
and the curtains open.  I keep the shades on the skylights closed, 
but light still comes in overhead through the Fantastic Vents.  I 
guess I'll have to replace the shades eventually doing this, but it 
keeps the trailer moderately brighter than mildew and fungi like, and 
keeps direct sun off most everything inside.
