[A/S] installing a power tongue jack for 2001 Safari 27 ft. trailer

My 2001 Safari Trailers came with a manual tongue jack.  I want to
install  a power jack.
Airstream says they use a the Super Jack model.
Questions: 
1 Should I buy the jack from Airstream to keep my trailer original
equipment.  Does anyone know the web page for Super Jacks?
2 Campers world has three models 2500lbs, 3000 lbs and 3500 lbs also a 2
or 2 ¼ inch shaft.  
3 Looking at the scamatic it looks like there should be a brown wire in
the tongue frame to install the jack.  Should I try and fish it out or
is it under the couch and I have to run the brown positive wire through
the frame?
