Hi Dan 
   My 78 sits out all year around on the grass here in SW Wisc. There 
is more than enough wind to keep the moisture from being a problem. I 
don't cover the unit. It sits in rain and snow and I have yet find 
find water in it. I feel the trailer is built well enough to sit out. 
We pull them 50 or 60 mph. in the rain and don't have problems. Good
