Hi Joy,

I think that was very clever of ou. I've never had a spring bar actually 
prvent the jack from going down so I don't know what I would have done. 
Probably gotten back in the truck and straightened things a bit more.

I can move the hitch head around using the little arm thingies.... but again, 
I've always done that with the jack down and unhooked.
