Re: [A/S] anyone have a leak problem on a motorhome? and where can I buy parts?
I talked to them last spring about fixing a leak in my
trailer. They said that it is time consuming for them
(read expensive) and that it is easy to do yourself.
They sold me a sealer for under $20 that I used and
the leaks are gone. This sealer comes in an "oil can"
type container with a trigger. You take a utility
knife and trim out as much of the old sealer as you
can and apply this stuff to the seam. If you decide
to have the factory folks do it you will not be
disapointed...they do good work. I related to the
list before about the last time I had the trailer into
the factory the technician patted it on the side and
said "A '78 huh? I built this trailer." You can't
beat that! I also just live "up the road" from
Jackson Center (grew up in Sidney and know live in
Kenton)...where are you located?
