Ed:

         There's always the TL CD of campgrounds, but it has a really lousy 
interface - Hunter said it was the worst she'd ever seen, and I'd have to 
agree with that assessment - but maybe one gets used to it.  But, it does 
have the campgrounds.  MS Streets and Trips has the restaurants, hotels, 
entertainment, points of interest, etc., that you are seeking.  I have 
looked at its campground information, briefly just now, and I don't think 
it has any details about campgrounds like MNG does.
