Patti,
I have a small 12 volt pump used for my tires.  It
doesn't remove 100% of the moisture but I follow it up
by running RV anti-freeze through the system.  I
pretty much have been doing this way with all my
trailers and have never had a problem.  Once I turn on
the air pump I open each water outlet one at a time
until the water stops, then turning off the valve and
moving to another fixture.  Don't forget to include
the toilet.  Then I open the those two valves that you
access on the curb side of the trailer down between
the tandem axle.  Prior to all of this I drain the hot
water tank also.  Once everything is blown out and I
have pumped antifreeze through the lines, I use a shop
vac in reverse to blow out the drain traps and then
pour some antifreeze directly from the bottle into the
traps.

You would be surprised that even after blowing out the
lines as best I can, once the anti freeze starts
pumping through I still see a very small amount of
clear water exiting the water fixtures prior to things
turning pink.  That's another reason why I blow out
the traps.

My dealer uses the blow out method only but he can
generate a lot more pressure than I can.  They said to
use the antifreeze unless you can really pass a high
volume of air through the system.

BTW thanks for the warning about the jacks.  I did
check mine before I left on our Wisconsin trip earlier
this month.  Every thing was fine but I had not
checked them before.  Looks like from what we have
read recently, I probably need to keep a closer eye on
the stone guards also.

One more trip for us in October to Branson and that
will be it for this season.  Take care.
