My suggestion would be to look at pictures of Airstream interiors to get
some idea of what has evolved over time in the way of space utilization. You
might be able to find some interior components from a salvage Airstream or
you could build in or have built in any kind of floor plan you might like to
have. www.campingworld.com has sofas that make out into a bed and there are
Futons that also do so.
