I've put in a product called "Alloc", which is not unlike Pergo.  I 
am using standard wood (oak) quarter round, and I will attach it to 
the side walls using #4 brass screws for when (not if!) the floor has 
to come up in whole or in part to carry out some major repair.

Double sided tape has been used by some.  Also, one could nail it at 
an angle into the floor - not too tight though!
