Even bigger problems. I pulled off the cover only to find a "plum"
size thing that had a copper tube going in each end, or should I say 
one end. The other end had rusted clean off. It was full of a white 
power type looking stuff. I'm thinking "Is it time to put this one
to bed?" or "If the system can be completly rebuilt?" and "At what 
cost?" Any suggestion on a rebuild or a replacement would be great!
