Ed,
I had problems with sulfur smell in the tank of our 59 Ambassador and our
local RV place recommended putting a gallon of household bleach in the
system. They said that they used this method for stubborn water tank
problems. I tried it and let every tap including the hot water taps run
until you could smell bleach. I left it in over night then flushed the
system several times the next day.  It smells great now with no lingering
sulfur or bleach odor.
