You could use several approaches probally the best
would be to use and on demand hot water system that is
also made to do hydronic heat. 

Precision Temp does have and on demand water heater
for RV use. Their are others as well some are
specifically made for diesel coach use.

All high end motorhomes have gone to this type of
system. Prevost, Bluebird and Newell.
