Possible yes, but I would consider the energy level and attention 
span of a 5 year old and the size of the trailer.

When you replumb, make low points at each end of the hot and 
cold runs where you can install a drain valve. Remember, 
nothing between can be lower than these or they will be 
useless. All faucets must be opened when you drain. You will 
have to use rv antifreeze in each trap, there is no way to drain 
them.

I don't know what the low temps are in this area, but I don't think 
these were designed for extreme winter camping. The thickness 
of the walls, the aluminum construction, all make them rather 
chilly at best when it gets very cold. Don't run out of propane.
