Hi Scott,

I lived in my trailer for a month is sometimes sub zero weather......... had 
to keep the water unhooked as the hose would freeze. 

I kept the furnace blasting as some days it was 7degrees or so...... I was so 
afraid the pipes would freeze. Consequently I was going through a 30# propane 
tank every 2.5 days......... quite pricey!

If you attempt to winter in the trailer get a large tank from the propane 
dealer and have them keep it filled....... taking the tanks yourself every 
few days gets old fast.

I found it miserable being in that cold............ now I head south for the 
winter.
