Jack - a) I saw no fuses after removing the covering cap. But then I
also wasn't looking either, and fuses now are so darn small ...
All I remember seeing is scads of printed circuit board. Like I said, I
solved my immediate problem with a knife to the wiring behind the
circuit board (not recommended in all instances). And b) I suspect you
are right, the fuse should be located there under the sofa on the left
hand side and not all that easy for some of us with pillows growing from
our midsections to get to. I did find that I could get to that area by
opening the sofa bed only partially, needing my daughter to hold the bed
in that partially open position, while I contorted myself to get to
those parts. This is definitely something Airstream should be able to
easily correct, if they cared to.
