Before you junk it, find a good RV mechanic and let him at it, NOT
necessarily an AS dealer...You can spend a lot of money on repairs
before you come anywhere near the cost of a new one. 12V operation is
not that useful, it eats batteries.  

My '73 fridge is running just fine, at leas after I got the mouse nest
out of it...
