We have an '01 Chevy Duramax, crew cab, 3/4 ton, 2 wheel drive. Our 
best mileage solo is 21. We usually get 11-14 towing. The 14 coming 
on the Interstates. 
There are a couple of Rv Dealers that post here and other places on 
the internet that say that the stiff suspension on a 1 ton dually can 
damage our relatively light Airstreams. Just some food for thought.
