Bob,

Contact you local Ford dealer. The keyless entry system was sourced through Ford. 
Lincoln's used them. They have recently reappeared on several Ford models. Also there 
should be a base code on a label on the back of the receiver. Depending on floor plan 
the receiver is mounted as close to the dead bolt as possible on the outside wall.
