[A/S] K-H Brake Controller Wiring Diagram

When searching the web, I ran across a lot of discussion here about 
the K-H (Kelsey-Hayes) Brake Controller.  I read that there was a 
scanned copy of the controller manual being emailed around.

I have an `85 Ford F350 with the K-H controller installed but 
disconnected.  I'm wondering if it would be possible for someone on 
this list to email a copy of the manual (or at least the wiring 
diagram) to me so I can properly reconnect and operate the system.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
