Tom,
There has been an ongoing problem with some of the
newer A/S with the flame blowing out on the fridges
when you are on the road.  (Mine had this problem). 
The fix at this point from A/S has been to either
build a baffle out of sheet metal that shields the
lower area of the refrigerator or to use a small
furnace filter and secure it in the refrigerator
access door.

Results have been mixed.  The baffle works great for
me.  For others the next step has been the filter. 
You just have to remember to remove the filter once
you get to your site.

Your dealer should be aware of this issue.
