Hi Patty, yes mine has the white roof.

The kill switch will not kill the propane monitor.  I checked that 
last year.  Its been 60 days since I used the trailer last.  Not 
enough time for that monitor to kill the battery.  

You also might call Airstream customer support.  They should probably 
be able to give you that information.
