Dan,

If it is anything like the setup on my 75 Argosy, you have to drop the skin 
under the TT in the rear (or where the valves are located)  Then you can 
rebuild the valves.  Kits run about $13-15 dollars.  Mine was doing the 
same exact thing and the cause was the rubber seal on the valve had stuck 
to the face of the slide and moved when I opened the valve,  I had to 
rebuild both of the valves.
