While the A/S is pretty slick in wind the problem is
with wind hitting it from the side.  We had some
fairly severe straight line winds come up the
Mississippi last year and hit the RV park for the
Casino Queen in East St. Louis.  There were quite a
few RV's in the park and about 7 were turned over on
their sides.  All 7 took the wind directly on their
sides.  A few were some pretty big motorhomes with
lots of weight.  The rest of the trailers and
motorhomes stayed upright due to their angle into the
wind.

Personally I think the major damage in a hurricane to
the A/S will be caused by flying debris.  I know I
would be packed up in mine and out be of town licktey
split.
