[A/S] Restoring Airstream Trialer for People with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity

I, am looking for information on restoring my newly aquired 1971 31' 
Sovereign for people with multiple chemical sensitivity( MCS). I am 
going to remove the whole interior and start with safe materials i.e. 
materials that are natural and not made with formaldhyde. I am 
looking for brands of plywood, piping, etc.

I am also looking for documentation of how this is done. I am 
thinking of adding porcelumn covered steel (flooring) or pergo for 
flooring) and porcelumn covered aluminum on the interior walls. I 
have found the site by healthy homes but have had trouble getting any 
information from them. Does anyone know of some one in the west 
(Arizona) who has done this?
