[A/S] Supplementing Voltage with genset or transformer??

here is my problem
while camped at the Whittington Center (vic Raton, NM), the park's transformer
was too underpowered and the voltage was staying between 85 - 95VAC.
What I really want is one of those French or Japanese 40# voltage amplifiers we
had in Viet Nam in the various French houses we occupied.

Those had a rheostat which allowed you to bring up the voltage from the 70s or
80s to 110 or so.  had an analog meter which showed you volts in and volts out.

The Camping World dealies do not do what is described above -- ie, their limits
are too narrow.  Any suggestions?

This is why I am considering taking the trailer off the cg grid and running it
off the genset during the noon to 1600 period.  It normally chills down to about
the 50s at night.
