I have often wondered about carrying a 1.5-2.0 kw genset
cobble up some sort of something to mount on the back of the trailer or to mount
on the front bumper of the tow vehicle.  there are plans for making same on the
web somewhere using a 4hp lawnmower and an alternator.  fuel off the truck's
tank.  just cannot get past the noise. and how to muffle it.

maybe we could talk about this.
