[A/S] converting an Airstream into an office?

Everyone,

I've been thinking about buying an Airstream and converting it into an
office/hangout spot.  Has anyone done something similar or have any
links?  I've done a little googling and have found a few things, but
not much.  What I'd really like to do is buy a plot of land with no
utilities and put my Airstream there.  I'd like to be as self-sufficient
as possible.  I've been looking into solar power and propane to run all
of my appliances and electronic/computer gear.  Still haven't figured out
how much electricity I'm going to need yet.
	I'm not sure about water and sewer.  I've seen a few links talking
about toilets that use propane (http://www3.sympatico.ca/storburn) but I'm
not sure how well they work.  Does anyone have any experience with
these?  The other thing is water....If I was near a lake/pond would there
be any way to filter that water and use it as drinking/showering water?
Or maybe a big tub that collects rain water?  I could probably bring my
own water if needed.
	As far as Internet access goes, since this office would be
stationary, I've been looking at wireless Internet access or
satellite-based Internet access.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have.  I'm really enjoying reading
