1965 24'Tradewind.  Tandem axle.  I need new tires but I have split 
rims.  I am told I need to purchase new wheels as well.

I want to keep the original look (black steel rims with round chrome 
hubcaps).  Is this possible?

I can order white spoke wheels, or I can order "smoothies" that are 
chrome with round chrome hubcaps.

Any suggestions?
