Hi Andy,

Thanks so much for your reply.  The responses I've been getting have started 
to take a turn away from my original enquiry.  I am currently driving a 1996 
Chevy 1500 Luxury Van Conversion.  It has automatic transmission with 
overdrive.  I've installed a heavy duty hitch on it, but I'm leary about 
towing my airstream with it.  

What do you think?  I really enjoy the van and intend to keep it no matter 
what.  It would be great if I could just do some modifications on it, maybe 
change out the rear-end, add a heavier radiator, etc. and tow with it.  Is 
that possible?
