Chris,

A while back on one of the lists someone told of having the stove top, drip 
pans and grate rings powder coated with a high temperature powder.  Photos 
looked great.  He had the top done in silver, and the burner parts done in 
black IIRC.

Since I'm on about 5 or 6 lists I can't remember which one it was on.  I do 
recall his saying that there are a lot of job shops out there who will do 
small projects of that type, however.  Probably in the yellow pages.
