Re: [A/S] New Owners and lots o' questions
There are two furnace manufacturer's left, Suburban and Atwood (HydroFlame).
Atwood furnaces are all outside access designs and require a large outside
access hole. Suburban was the original brand of furnace in your coach. The
older NT series furnaces were somewhat larger than the new ones but
essentially the same. It is necessary to block up the furnace to align the
new outlet/inlet holes with the old ones. Since the ducting is flexible it
not to difficult to realign the ducting. The existing wiring will work with
the new furnace. The furnace comes with a new wall thermostat which you
should change. In some cases a catalytic heater, which is a wall mounted
convection heater might work. It is a good economical source of heat but it
will have a difficult time circulating enough heat in a coach of that size

There is not control panel made for the Argosy. Nor is the coach wired for
all the inputs a control panel of the age can display.
