Re: [A/S] Hensley installation tips???

ok, granted, the bow will fit almost any vehicle. but the tow bar is specific
to the application. the suspension hooks have to be made for each vehicle.
Mine came off a Chevy Van '85 I think and it is now on my black suburban that
will not die - a 1990 model.

The bow was shipped by freight truck in from florida along with the Towbar.
the tension bars and the unit that plugs into the receiver was shipped down from
Lubbock. then it was all carried up there and installed. I know!!!

anyway, they did have to make all new hangers to attach the bow to the frame.
luckily the tow bar was the right length and shape - same gas tank iow. Same
distance from the axle (yeah - that is how it is really spelled!!!) to the
bumper. but I will say, if anyone buys this, all they really need is to buy the
hangers and the tow bar from Pullman or Puller ??? everything else is here.

I guess I might hang on to it for awhile. it isn't as if I don't need the money
for a new rifle or sights or water protecting my trailer...

cheers
