  That little Igloo 12-volt cooler is OUT, as it draws about 5 amps. 
That'll run your battery down rather quickly. You could dedicated a 
couple of golf cart batteries to just IT, but they'd have to be charged 
every day without fail.

For about the cost of a Honda genset, you could install a fairly good 
sized solar system and have no power worries at all.
