[A/S] B Models

1.  Are these still being made?
2.  Were they ever made with diesel engines?
3.  Is there a source of information on these?
4.  Has anyone ever tried towing an Airstream TT with one of these?

Really nothing in the archves.
Wife and I want to tow to a center point (example Missoula), park the 
trailer for a week or so, then go up to Glacier for a couple of days 
or to Helena or ??? for 2 or 3 days at a time then back to the TT to 
spread out and reload the van.  We know that we need at least a B190 
and to pull the trailer, a Ford PSD preferably.
