No, I don't know if the fitting is a check valve or what.  It simply leads 
from the main line and then ends out the rear of the coach.  It did leak less 
when the pressure was cut down to 60PSI.  Maybe it is a bypass valve for to 
much pressure.  The water system had not been used for quite sometime, and 
had debris in the line, the pressure regulator was clogged. I disassembled it 
and cleaned throughly, and replaced all the fittings up to it.  The pressure 
guage was clogged, replaced it and now have water in the system, it's just 
that darn leak.  I am going to open that fitting and seeit something is 
cloged in it.  I'll let the list know the results.  Thanks for the response.
