It's possible to replace rear twin beds with a rumpus room and a 
dumbwaiter, if you have enough money and use a big enough hammer. Is 
there an easy way to replace twin beds with a queen in an already built 
trailer? No. New cabinetry, new carpet, repair to the existing wall 
finish, possible relocation of electrical, etc. People re-build and 
reconfigure trailers all the time, with varying success in terms of 
professional looking results. Good luck.
