I noticed both of those points also.

It was either on that site or another that I recently saw another 
interesting point: you don't want to carry excess weight in the rear of 
a trailer, even if the tongue isn't lightened too much by doing so. The 
weight, being far from the trailer wheels, increases the tendency for 
sway because of the lever arm. That means that if you have a rear bath, 
you should be especially careful to empty the waste tanks before hitting 
the road.
