Normally, I would guess the red+black are the two power leads you want, 
with the red one being +, but I can't help but wonder what the other two 
red ones are for. I would want to get out my multimeter and do some tests.

Maybe you could email the company that made your charger/cell/whatever and 
ask them about the two extra reds. Is there a brand name? Maybe there is 
info on the internet.
