Chuck,

What you  have is a limited production awning hardware set from A&E. 
A&E promised something to Airstream and didn't deliver very well. The 
bottom mounts are quite fragile. The most knowledgeable source of parts is 
an Airstream dealer. Most Dometic (A&E) sources will not be aware of 
that hardware set.
