  The tounge weight is not "added", it's "split", part goes to the 
trailer axle(s), part goes to the tow vehicle. Assuming that you're 
using a WD hitch, of course.

You set the tire pressure with the vehicle (car, truck, trailer, 
wheelbarrow, whatever) with the tire on the ground and weight on it. The 
proper pressure is NOT what is stamped on the sidewall as "maximum 
pressure rating"; that setting is used only if the tire is carrying its 
maximum rated load. If your tires have some safety margin, as I'd hope 
they do, the proper pressure setting is derived from a load/inflation 
table. You can get those from the manufacturer of your tires.
